Club Nights
The club meets on the last Thursday of each month when we run a range of activities and more often than not, are delighted to have an expert demonstrator who is able to show us their skills and offer help and assistance.
November 2025
The Club’s Annual General Meeting was held on 27th November and celebrated the Club's achievements over the previous twelve months, See below for the minutes.
January 2026
We were delighted to welcome Paul Bellamy when he demonstrated not only his amazing turning skills but also gave the audience lots of useful tips and ideas.
Paul combined turning on multiple axises with making your own chucks
February 2026
This month we asked one of our members, Jeff Belcher, to explain and demonstrate to us how the Axminster threading tools work. Jeff has used them in the past to make things as diverse as nutcrackers and drawer knobs.
He also showed us how to make some really easy and cheap pens that could be used at promotional events.
